Three little piglets call our bottomland pastures home. We will raise them for their meat, but we will do all we can to give them a joyous life rooting through our rich soil and tilling up our monocultures of creeping buttercup. This will be our first endeavor into raising animals for slaughter, and we are expecting an emotional journey.
