Yes, yes, go ahead and hurl your vitriol, your libel and your scathing insults that are so justly deserved. We will be the first ones to admit it: we have become a couple of thin-skinned Sallies. The water temperature dropped below 70 degrees and we have resorted to wearing our wetsuits.
Back home in Montana, where we use to sail on Flathead Lake, if the water hit 70 degrees fish would start dying. We use to float the river in June when the water was in the fifties. And we liked it, by gum!
I guess that’s what a summer in Mexico will do to you. We can tolerate a heat index of 140, but we can’t dip our little tootsies in a little bit of cool water without running home to our mommies and crying for some thicker neoprene.
