Between our cultivated bottomland acres and our wild forest land above, we have the opportunity to harvest many wild edible species throughout the year. The land presents us with seasonal abundance, from nettles and knotweed in the spring to salmonberries in the summer, and chanterelles and shaggy parasols in the fall. With judicious harvesting, and prudent management, we hope to steadily increase the bounty that mother nature provides for free.
